Join Gabi Dalnekoff, Novo Fogo’s COO, for weekly wellness sessions meant to relax and energize you. Participate in the first part, the second part, or both – it’s up to you. You will not be seen and will definitely not be judged!

Gabi is a Power Yoga Certified 200Y Teacher and will be broadcasting via Zoom Webinar from her home studio, YOGABI, in Charleston, SC.

PART 1: Guided Meditation (10 minutes)

With all the uncertainties around us, we still have a constant: OUR BREATH. These 10-minute, live video sessions are focused on getting you balanced, energetic, centered, and grounded… again! The themes will change and no experience is required. These sessions are for everyone looking to escape confusion and stress and reconnect with themselves and their community.

PART 2: Yoga Class (45 minutes)

This is a 45-minute, live power yoga flow that will make you sweat. You will move through fun beats and find yourself “getting out of your head” even during these times of uncertainties. Through this strong physical practice, your body will experience more energy and peace. Previous yoga experience is preferred, but come and watch and see if this is for you.

3PM – 4PM PDT: Yoga Class with “Boozy Yogi,” Katy O’Donnell of Bond & Royal

Katy is a CorePower-certified yoga instructor with a bartending background. Her sessions are fun, upbeat, and accessible whether you’re an experienced yogi or just getting started.

Followed by a 30-minute Mindfulness Session with Gabi Dalnekoff of Novo Fogo Cachaça

These mindfulness sessions will put your mind and body at ease with useful tips to put into daily practice. Topics will include:

  • Meditation basics
  • Finding happiness through the practice of gratitude
  • Improving sleep
  • Meditating through movement
  • Mindful eating
  • Connecting with nature
  • Quieting the mental noise and inner voices
  • Mindful connection with others
