This Brazilian Vieux Carré puts a tropical spin on a New Orleans favorite.

  • 1 oz Novo Fogo Chameleon Cachaça
  • 0.75 oz sweet vermouth
  • 0.75 oz Calvados
  • a barspoon of Bénédictine
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a thin slice of apple and a cinnamon stick.
